Salmon, Grilled w/Orange-Soy Marinade (P, TNT)
Source: My husband's cousin from Minnesota
Serves: Fillet of salmon is quite large and serves about 8 nice slices

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup orange juice
3 cloves garlic, crushed
Handful of basil leaves, chopped up

1 salmon fillet

Mix all marinade ingredients together. Marinate salmon fillet in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Broil or grill salmon for about 10 to 15 minutes per inch of thickness.

Poster's Notes:
This recipe also works well with tuna, although you will have to adjust the time if you like your tuna rare.
