Salmon, Dill and Chive Pizza (D)

Yield: 4 small pizzas

8 thin slices smoked salmon or lox, chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
1/2 cup minced chives
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup seeded chopped tomato
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Sprinkle on top of pizza.
