Salmon, Baked II (P, KLP, TNT)

Serves: Depends on size of fillets

2 salmon fillets
1/4 cup oil
Spices: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika

Put oil in 9" baking dish.

Roll fillets in it until both sides are coated. If you are going to serve it cold place skin side down in pan. Sprinkle with spices and bake in pre-heated 350°F oven for 25 minutes.

I put the skin side down because I have found that when served cold the skin on baked salmon is very tough to the point of inedible.
