1/2 cup fat-free or low-fat mayonnaise
Mix mayonnaise with a little lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and dill.
Spray a glass baking dish with vegetable spray and lay down fillets. Spread liberally with mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle liberally with cheese and bake at 375°F until cooked through. (Time depends on thickness of fish, but the rule is 10 minutes per inch.)
Crisp briefly under broiler.

2 tbsp. fat-free Parmesan cheese
HIGH FAT/HIGH CHOLESTEROL VARIATION: Use real mayonnaise mixed with 2 tbsp. melted butter and real Parmesan.
