Gefilte Fish Tart (P, KLP, TNT)

3/4 cup matzo meal
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 jar (1-1/2 pounds) gefilte fish
3 eggs
Horseradish

To make crust mix matzo meal and margarine together; press into 8" pie pan.

Purée fish and carrots in processor. Discard the broth. Beat eggs and fold into fish.

Pour mixture into prepared pie shell. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 50 minutes or until filling is firm and lightly browned. Serve with horseradish on the side.
