2 pounds chopped whitefish and pike [total finished weight]
Finely grate the carrots and onion.
Sauté the carrots and onion in the oil and cool.
Place all the ingredients in Mixmaster and beat for 3-4 minutes.
Grease a 2-pound loaf pan or 9-cup tube pan and pour in fish batter. Oil top of fish with your hand.
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
