1 jar (6 to 8 pieces) gefilte fish
Mash the pieces of fish in a bowl. Mix with matzo meal, mayonnaise, fish liquid, carrots, egg, and parsley.
Pat into a 7"x11" or a 8" square pan. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake for 45-60 minutes at 325°F.

This recipe is very popular here in South Bend, Indiana. I often hear it referred to as "South Bend Fish" by friends who were served this while visiting town. This is very TNT - my mother has been using this recipe almost weekly since I was a little girl.
