750g (1-1/2 lb.) mixed fish (salmon and sole fillets)
Chop fish in food processor, not too fine. Chop onion in food processor, and chop garlic fine. Mix all ingredients as for gefilte fish.
Make patties on pan lined with oiled parchment paper.
Bake at 400°F about 30 minutes, turn halfway through. They are ready when golden brown on both sides.

1/2 cup matzo meal or bread crumbs
1 (2-1/2") onion
3 garlic cloves
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
You can use any other mixed fish, but don't use the skin because it might smell oily.
