Dried out honey cake (but not moldy!!!)
Cut honey cake into one" cubes and line an aluminum pan. Sprinkle Triple Sec on honey cake pieces to moisten. Spread apple pie filling on top of honey cake.
Whip the pareve whip with honey until it has a nice whipped cream consistency. Spread the whipped cream on top of the apple pie filling.
Sprinkle toasted walnuts and cinnamon on top of the whipped cream. You can also top with fresh apples cubed for extra "crunch."

I found myself with a hunk of honey cake that had been sitting from R"H. It was a bit dry so no one wanted to eat it so I invented Sweet New Year Honeycake Trifle and it was a Sukkot grand slam!
