Pudding, Rice Raisin II (D, TNT)

Serves: 4 to 6

1/2 cup white rice
1 quart milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup raisins
2 eggs

Cook rice according to instructions on package.

Cook milk and sugar on top of stove until sugar dissolves, approximately 7 to 8 minutes.

Add rice and raisins and continue cooking 30 to 45 minutes until it reaches a loose custard consistency. Beat eggs and fold into mixture slowly.

Pour into casserole and chill.
