Pudding, Rice w/Sun-Dried Cranberries (D, TNT)

Serves: 4

1 cup rice, cooked
1/2 cup butter, melted
1-1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup sun-dried cranberries

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients well.

Pour the mixture into a lightly greased baking dish. Bake until the pudding is firm, approximately 40 minutes.

Poster's Notes:
I love rice pudding; but my family won't touch it. Luckily I have two granddaughters who always want to help Nana cook. They will eat what they cook. The cranberries were a great addition to the pudding.
