1 measure of condensed milk (it comes in batches of 200g)
Put in a pot, the condensed milk, the milk and the chopped chocolate. Cook on moderate heat, stirring continuously until the chocolate melts.
Beat the eggs until their color is almost white and add to the chocolate cooled mix, stirring continuously.
Put in a buttered and caramelized tube pan. Heat oven to moderate temperature. Put the pan in another big pan with water and bake for about 45 minutes.
