1 package 12-16 oz. silken tofu
Whip up the tofu in a food processor until smooth. Add the vanilla and the melted chocolate to which you have added the sweetener.
Process just to mix. Chill and serve in small portions as it is very rich tasting.

Artificial sweetener to taste; it takes a surprising amount, at least the equivalent of 1 cup of sugar and probably more
1-2 tsp. vanilla
I would suggest the killer sugar-free tofu mousse. Here it goes, in the tastier, not lower fat version.
