1 3-ounce package Chocolate Pudding (not instant)
Mix together the milk and the raspberry or kiddush Wine flavoring.
Mix in a saucepan with the chocolate and vanilla puddings. Cook over medium high heat until done (as soon as you see the first bubbles, quick remove from the heat). Pour into a bowl, and cool then refrigerate until completely cool.
Beat the egg whites until stiff (to the point of snow as is said in Spanish). Fold into the cooled pudding. Beat the whipping cream and fold into the mixture also. Taste for additional raspberry liquor or kiddush wine flavoring.
To serve garnish with fresh raspberries.

1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup Chambord (raspberry liquor) or raspberry syrup or Manishewitz
sweet kiddush wine
Fresh raspberries, if you are using raspberry flavoring
