Use 9"x13" pan.
Mix sugar, pretzels and butter right in pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes; watch carefully. Take out of oven when it looks bubbly, then cool.
Mix softened cheese with powdered sugar. Fold in topping and marshmallows. Spread on baked layer.
Dissolve gelatin in the water; stir in strawberries. Let thicken slightly. Spread over creamed layer. Chill thoroughly.
Make the day before you want to serve it.
