1 small size package strawberry gelatin
Process defrosted berries and juice in the processor. Add yogurt. Process until mixed.
Meanwhile boil 1 cup water and mix the gelatin into it until dissolved. Add to stuff in processor. Process until mixed. Pour into mold or whatever bowl you want and refrigerate until solidified.
Can serve with fresh fruit or whipped cream or unmolded by itself.
Optional-you can also throw some fresh berries into the mixture if you want to use up anything in the fridge!

1 8-oz. container of either plain or vanilla yogurt (can use no fat)
16 oz. frozen, but defrosted strawberries and their juice
