"Jello" Mold, Cherry-Wine (P, KLP, TNT)

2 packages cherry gelatin
1/4 cup chopped nuts
3/4 cup wine - I use grape wine [Manischewitz, etc.]
1 large can pitted cherries

Dilute gelatin with 2 cups hot water; cool.

Drain juice from cherries into measuring cup. Add wine and water to make scant 2 cups liquid. Blend mixtures.

When partially set, add cherries and nuts.

Poster's Notes:
This one is a little different, but we have it for all the holidays. It can be doubled and tripled.
