1 small package lemon gelatin
1 small package lime gelatin
2 cups hot water
1/2 of #2 can crushed pineapple with juice
8 oz. container cottage cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
6 oz. can evaporated milk
1/2 cup (or less) chopped walnuts
Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups hot water.
Add crushed pineapple with juice and let stand until partly firm, then mix.
Mix all other ingredients.
When gelatin is partly firm, stir cottage cheese mixture into mixture and put into an oiled mold. Refrigerate until mold has set.
Mold can be taken out 1 hour before using by running knife around sides.
I then take the mold and put it on a bed of lettuce and decorate with pineapple chunks and cherries.

I use a bundt pan to make it look pretty.
