Sorbet, Strawberry (P, KLP, TNT)
Serves: 8-10

2-1/2 pints strawberries, fresh or plain frozen without sugar or other ingredients (defrosted)
1-1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Puree strawberries in food processor or blender.

Add rest of ingredients and mix well.

Put into bowl, freeze. Mix every 30 minutes until completely frozen.
