14 oz. (400g) kiwis/kiwifruits
Place the sugar and water into a pan and allow it to boil for two minutes. Leave the molasses to cool down to room temperature.
Peel the kiwis and then mash them. (I blended them so they would have a smoother texture). If wished, you can sieve the seeds out of the kiwis through a strainer. Mix the mashed kiwis and lemon juice with the molasses.
Switch on the machine and put the mixture into the bowl through the opening in the lid. The sorbet will be ready in: 30-40 minutes.
