Sorbet, Guava (P, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 8

24 ounces guava nectar
1 cup water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon orange zest, freshly grated

Combine the sugar and water in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat to dissolve the sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.

Remove the syrup from the heat and cool to room temperature. Stir in the guava nectar, lemon juice and orange zest.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream canister and freeze according to the manufacturer's directions.
