3/4 cup boiling water
Stir boiling water into gelatin and sugar in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold juice. Pour into 9" square pan.
Freeze about 1 hour or until ice crystals form 1" around edges. Spoon into blender container; cover. Blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth. Return to pan. Freeze 6 hours or overnight until firm.
Scoop into dessert dishes and garnish with a sprig of mint. Store leftover sorbet in freezer.
