Sherbet, Strawberry (P, KLP, TNT)
Source: Jerusalem Post "Taste of Passover" cookbook (1987)
Serves: 6 to 8

2 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1-1/2 cups strawberries, sliced
Large whole strawberries, for garnish

Beat egg whites until foamy, gradually add sugar.

Add sliced strawberries and continue beating until the batter increases, almost double in bulk.

Transfer to a large serving bowl, or for individual servings, fill dishes. Freeze. Remove from freezer, decorate each portion with whole berries and serve.
