Pie, Frozen Mousse (P, TNT)

Yield: 1 10"x14" cake

Crust:
2-1/2 cups rice crispy-type cereal
3/4 cup coconut (can be toasted if you like)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup ground walnuts
1-1/2 sticks melted margarine

Vanilla Layer:
8 oz. pareve whip
1 cup Coffee Rich
1 package vanilla pudding
1 teaspoon vanilla

Chocolate Layer:
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 stick margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs, separated
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar

Make Crust:
Mix all crust ingredients together. Press into a 10"x14" rectangular pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes.

Make Vanilla Layer:
Beat pareve whip. Add rest of ingredients. Beat well. Pour over cooled crust and freeze.

Make Chocolate Layer:
Melt chocolate chips with margarine. Add vanilla. Add beaten egg yolks. Beat egg whites. Add sugar. Add chocolate mixture. Let cool slightly. Pour over frozen vanilla layer and freeze.
