1 quart vanilla ice cream, mocha mix, or frozen yogurt
Let ice cream and lemonade concentrate soften. Beat them together.
Put in pie crust, cover and re-freeze.
Poster's Notes:
I could only get 2 smaller cartons of mocha mix and a 12-ounce container of lemonade, so I made 2. Even though the 2 cartons of mocha mix did not sum to 2 quarts, it tasted fine.

I made it last week and we really enjoyed it. It was really good and very refreshing on these hot days. The real plus is that it is very easy.
