Mold, Orange-Vanilla (D/P, TNT)

Serves: 4 to 6

1 3-oz. package orange gelatin dessert
1 cup hot water
1 pint softened vanilla ice cream
1 can drained mandarin oranges
1 small can crushed pineapple
6 Maraschino cherries, cut in 1/2
2 oz. chopped nuts

Mix gelatin with hot water. Whip ice cream into gelatin. Add oranges, pineapple, nuts, and cherries. Mix well.

Pour into lightly greased mold and refrigerate.
