Ices, "Jello" (P, KLP, TNT)
Source: "Our Best", H.O.C. Sisterhood, South Bend Indiana
Serves: 6

1/2 to 1 cup sugar (I use 1/2 cup)
1 cup boiling water
1 package red gelatin dessert (any red flavor)
2 cup fruit juice (orange is great, apple works nicely as well)

Combine all ingredients and freeze. The next day, beat mixture thoroughly. (This can be done by hand; just thaw a bit first.) Refreeze immediately.

Poster's Notes:
My mother has been making this recipe for Pesach since I was little. Mom goes for the "quick and easy" recipes especially when it comes to desserts. It is very refreshing.
