Ice "Cream" Pie, Vanilla (P, TNT)

Yield: 1 9"x13" pan

1/2 box Graham crackers
1 cup pareve milk (non-dairy creamer)
16 ounces non-dairy whip
1 package instant vanilla pudding

Icing:
3 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted

Line 9"x13" pan with Graham crackers.

Whip non-dairy whip really well, until thick peaks form. Add non-dairy creamer and vanilla pudding. Pour into pan and cover with Graham crackers. Put into freezer. Freeze for a few hours.

Make icing by mixing all icing ingredients together and spread on top.
