1 pareve Graham cracker pie shell
Fudge Sauce:
Melt the chocolate chips with the water and corn syrup in the microwave or the stovetop over a very low flame. Stir until smooth. Cool.
Spread one flavor of the tofu ice cream over the pie shell. Then spread the second flavor over that. This works best if you put the pie into the freezer for 10 minutes or so before adding the second layer, otherwise, the layers won't be as distinct. Freeze until firm.
Spread the cooled fudge sauce over the top and return to the freezer.

2 containers Tofu ice cream, different flavors, softened
3/4 cup chocolate chips
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons corn syrup
This dessert is really easy to make, impressive and delicious. If you can find pareve chocolate sauce, it would be even quicker and easier. I used Chocolate Supreme and Better Pecan ice cream, and it was a great combination.
