3 cups milk
Bring milk, cream, and mint to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Strain, pressing mint leaves to remove all the flavor. Add sugar and mix well.
Cool in the refrigerator, then add chocolate chips. Freeze in ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's instructions.
