1 cup margarine; or butter
Beat together margarine and sugar and cocoa. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Mixture may look curdled.
Put a layer of crumbs in the bottom of an 8" square pan. Spread chocolate mixture over. Top with more crumbs. Freeze.
Cut into rectangles to serve.

1/2 cup cocoa
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla; or 2 packets vanilla sugar
graham cracker crumbs; (for Pesach, substitute crushed macaroons or Pesach cookies)
Very rich! You can substitute 1/2 tsp mint or almond extract for part of the vanilla if you wish.
