Orange Part:
"Cream" Part:
Order of creation:
Mix the orange portion of ingredients. Line a 9"x13" pan with wax paper.
Pour 1/2 of the orange mixture into the pan, put into freezer on a very straight surface, cover with a cover that does not touch the mixture, and freeze for at least 3 hours. I have a Tupperware container that is the size of a 9"x13" pan with a cover, perfect for this.
Put the other 1/2 of the mixture into a container and refrigerate.
Check to see if the orange mixture is frozen. If it is not yet frozen, do not start this step since it must be put into the tray upon completion. Beat the whites of the 5 eggs to a peak and add 1/4 cup sugar.
Put aside. Beat whip until a peak. Add 5 yolks and 1/2 package vanilla instant pudding. Fold egg whites in with whip mixture. Pour this onto the frozen orange layer. Again, freeze for at least 3 hours.
Take the other 1/2 of the orange mixture and pour onto the frozen cream layer. Freeze for at least 3 hours.

This does not have to be done in one day. It can be done one step per day for 3 days. The last step is the easiest. Believe me, it is worth it.
