6 squares unsweetened chocolate
Heat all ingredients except vanilla extract and liqueur in fondue pot on high, stirring occasionally until chocolate is melted. Reduce heat to medium.
Continue cooking, stirring constantly for approximately five minutes or until thickened.
Add vanilla extract and mix well.
Reduce heat to low for serving. Dip cut-up fruit and cubed angel cake and cubed French bread or pretzels.

1 tbsp. liqueur (optional)
