Crumble, Rhubarb Apple (P, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 12

1kg rhubarb
2 Granny Smith apples
2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar substitute
1/4 cup nut oil
1 cup almonds, ground

Peel and slice rhubarb and apples, toss well with the spices and sugar substitute. Place in an 8"x8" baking pan.

Drizzle the oil all over, coat with the ground almonds. Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes.
