1/4 cup all purpose flour
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a small bowl, combine flour, sugar, brown sugar, Macadamia nuts, and cinnamon. Stir together. Cut in margarine with pastry blender or two forks, until mixture resembles coarse meal. Set aside.
In pre-greased (I use cooking spray) 8" baking pan, arrange apples. Drop apricot preserves atop apple slices by the teaspoonfuls. Sprinkle the flour mixture over the top. Bake until golden and bubbly, approximately 35 minutes.
This recipe can easily be doubled, using a 9"x13" pan. Serve plain, or very good served with frozen yogurt or ice cream.
