3 pounds ricotta cheese
Grease a 9"x13" glass baking dish.
Combine ingredients and mix well. Pour in the pan and bake at 325°F for two hours. Top must be firm.

6 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla or anise
1 cup cooked pastina (very fine pasta)
Optional: When cool sprinkle with candied fruit and nuts. I used cinnamon instead of the fruit and nuts. It is marvelous! Enjoy!
