8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup pareve whip, whipped
8 ounces sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla sugar
Macaroon crust
Beat cream cheese. Gradually add sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla sugar until well mixed.
Gently fold in pareve whip. Blend well. Pour into pie pan with crust made from macaroons or cake crumbs. Chill.
