750g 5% fat white cheese (can use 9% or a combination of 5%, 1/2%, 9%)
Topping:
Blend cheese, vanilla sugar, 1/2 cup sugar, egg yolks, and potato flour.
Beat egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar and fold into cheese mixture. Bake at 160°C (350°F) for 1-1/4 hours in a springform pan. Cool in oven.
Beat together topping ingredients, spread on top of cooled cake and refrigerate.
