1-1/4 cups graham crumbs
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine crumbs, sugar, and shortening. Press firmly into 9" springform pan.
Beat cheese and condensed milk until smooth. Beat in eggs and lemon juice. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 45 minutes or until center is set. Top with sour cream. Bake 5 minutes longer. Cool and chill. Top with pie filling and chill some more.

I have been making this cheesecake for years and it has never cracked! Do not overbeat and do not overbake!!
