4 cups apple slices; peeled
Place apples in an 8" or 9" pie plate, which has been sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.
Combine 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle over. Cover with foil. Bake 20 minutes at 400°F.
Mix remaining ingredients, just until smooth. Spread over apples. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400°F.
