Poppy Seed Cookies I (P, TNT)

Yield: 36 cookies

3 cups flour
2-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons poppy seeds or to taste

Mix ingredients and drop on greased cookie sheet (I use parchment paper). Bake at 350°F. for 10-15 minutes.

Poster's Note:
These are fairly heavy and old fashioned, but great! It was hard to get the recipe from someone who measured by "a bissel of this and a bissel of that" which is why her daughter never got it written down!
