1 pound butter
Mix all to a soft, but not hard or sticky dough.
Roll it out, cut with a glass. Place on a greased baking sheet.
Mark the top in "X's" with a knife and brush with egg yolk on the top.
Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until golden on top.
