1 cup butter
Cream the butter and sugars then add the egg, water, vanilla, and the cup of flour. Add the salt, baking soda, and spices. Add the oats (which I did not grind) and lastly add the chips and raisins and nuts.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in a 350°F oven.
Note: Coarsely chop the oats in the processor for just a few seconds.
