4 eggs
Beat eggs, sugar, oil, juice, rind and vanilla until blended.
Sift dry ingredients together and stir into batter. Use just enough flour to make a soft dough (it may vary according to the size of the eggs used). Add nuts. Shape into 4 rolls about 2" width on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Slice and return to oven to dry.
