3 eggs
Beat eggs 1 minute. Gradually beat in sugar. Beat in oil, mixing well. Beat in the extracts.
Stir together flour and baking powder. Add dry ingredients to the egg mixture slowly until the dough can be handled (may not need all the flour).
Remove 1/4 of the dough and mix in cocoa. Shape into 2 logs.
Add chips to the remaining dough and shape into 2 oblongs.
Place a chocolate log down the center of each oblong and fold over the sides, covering the chocolate.
Place dough on cookie sheet, allow room for dough to spread.
Bake in 350°F oven for 45 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven, and cut the logs into slices. Sprinkle slices with cinnamon sugar and return to oven to toast on each side.
