5 ounces oil
Mix oil and sugar well. Add eggs, one at a time, and then vanilla.
Add flour, 1 cup at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add baking powder into last cup of flour. Blend in chips and or nuts.
Make into 2 loaves and place on a foil lined cookie sheet. Wet hands with water before forming into loaves. Sprinkle top with and even mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
Bake at 400° for approximately 20 minutes. Take pan out of oven and slice, leaving a small amount of room between each piece.
Bake an additional 10 minutes and then turn off oven. Leave sheet in oven for at least 1 hour. Can be left overnight.
