2 cups flour
1 cup walnuts, chopped
Mix first group of ingredients (flour to lemon juice) together. Add the walnuts and raisins and mix again.
Shape 3 loaves on a greased baking sheet or a sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top of loaves.
Bake at 200°C (375°F) for 10 minutes. Lower heat to 175°C (325°F) and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes. Should be light brown in color.
Cool slightly and slice. No need to toast in oven.
FYI: This dough is not very sticky, but if you have trouble shaping the loaves, put a little oil on your hands and that will keep the dough from sticking to them.

This recipe was given to my Mah Jongg friend's mother when visiting Israel from Florida. I make it nearly every Friday for Shabbat. Easy and delicious.
