Put everything in a bowl and mix it into a ball. leave it to rest for 1/2 hour under plastic,
Heat oven up to 175°C/350°F
Form little balls of 1cm diameter, and put on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Leave them to cool and they become crunchy.
Poster's Notes: They are mainly eaten in the winter specially around St. Nicolas (sint Klaas en Piet). it is a LOCAL tradition and many Jews enjoy the 5 December evening with presents etc. (Marijke, maybe you can explain it better)
So, anyway the taste is very good, the recipe is easy and also nice to do the cookies with the kids.
