Kamishbrodt, Peanut (P, TNT)

Serves: Varies

2 eggs or 4 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 cup oil
4 tsp. almond or vanilla extract
6 tbsp. cocoa (optional)
1/2 cup walnuts or peanuts, chopped
2 to 2-1/2 cups flour, to make dough soft but firm enough to form into rolls
Cinnamon/sugar mixture

Combine ingredients in order listed above. Grease cookie sheets.

Form dough into long narrow rolls. Top with mixture of sugar and cinnamon.

Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool slightly and slice. Cool completely before storing or freezing.

Poster's Notes:
Different from mandelbrot. The original recipe calls for almond extract and walnuts; I have adapted it with vanilla and peanuts because my husband is allergic to nuts.
