12 oz. pitted prunes
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor bowl and process until the prunes are pureed.
Remove the metal blade, and place the processor bowl in a microwave. Heat on medium-high for 3 minutes.
Place the metal blade back in the bowl, then process until the mixture is finely pureed. If necessary add a little more water.
Use with Hamantaschen, w/Prune Filling II
